We offer daily programs on demand as well as specialized programs for school groups and bus tours.
Daily Programs
Daily programs are offered in July and August or on special request at other times. Programs are 1 to 2 hours in length and are free with your admission to the Centre.
Stepping-stones and Super Bridges
Discover what makes Cape Jourimain a unique stepping-stone across the Northumberland Strait and into a greener future.
Shore Explore
On your own, or with a naturalist, walk with the hermit crabs at low tide, uncover starfish hiding in nooks and crannies and discover why you've probably eaten seaweed even if you didn't know it.
Footsteps in the Sand
What are the traces left behind from Cape Jourimain's previous inhabitants, the Mi'kmaq, Acadians and British? What can we learn from how they lived on the islands? Find out by joining us for this program.
For Schools

Bus Tours
Any of our programs can be incorporated into a well-organized, affordable and memorable stop in your tours' itinerary. We have put together a number of packaged programs that include a guided program and meal.
