Pamela Marie Pierce
Pamela works under the belief that everything in nature is connected. With that in mind, she works to illustrate the iconic individuality within each aspect of the world around her. Choosing several tile mosaics to represent her work at the festival, she also began a large and detailed image of winter trees. Although she slightly broke and nipped tiles into the basic shapes of her intention, she primarily allowed the shards themselves to dictate the image, letting the work evolve based on its own nature.
